NTT Background -
NTT opened its doors in 1995 with the sole mission of broadcasting local government meetings. By providing cities, counties, and regional agencies with managed broadcasting services, our clients increase efficiencies, reduce cost, and are free to do what they do best; govern.

Senior Account Manager, Bruce Arditte:
Bruce works directly with each government client to review client objectives and listen. Bruce is a long-standing member of NTT’s management team.
The environment of our government client is always evolving. It is important that NTT be flexible and meet our client’s changing needs.
Regional Broadcast Producers -
NTT Regional Broadcast Producer, Greg Jones:
Greg has producing responsibilities from Southern California’s Orange County to Northern California’s San Francisco County. Greg is a key member of NTT’s management team.
Regional Broadcast Producers have broad responsibilities for the success of all NTT services provided to each government client. They are responsible for ensuring the success of NTT’score solutions of broadcasting government public meetings, additional services, and local government programming.
NTT Regional Broadcast Producer, Trevor Wennberg:
Trevor has producing responsibilities from Southern California’s Orange County to Northern California’s San Francisco County.
Regional Broadcast Producers are seasoned veterans of broadcasting government meetings and producing government programming.
Required expertise for the Regional Broadcast Producers include all aspects of broadcasting local government meetings. Their expertise is expansive as they supervise the daily and weekly production of local government meetings. Some of the areas of expertise include control room technology, broadcast distribution, streaming video, real-time captioning, language translation, and meeting transcripts.
Broadcast Directing & Engineering -
NTT Broadcast Director, Mike DeGagne:
Mike has broadcast directing responsibilities for NTT client, The County of Los Angeles, and other regional NTT government clients. He brings over 30 years of broadcasting experience to NTT and its government clients. As a Broadcast Director, Mike has directed thousands of hours of broadcasting for Spectrum Networks and other national cable system operators.
His core strengths as Broadcast Director includecontrol room technology, multi-camera control and manipulation, and live directing (switching cameras) during fast paced government meetings.
NTT Executive Webcast Producer, Philippe Morel:
Philippe has producing responsibilities for NTT client, The Metropolitan Transportation Commission, Bay Area Air Quality Management District, and several other regional government agencies.
As an Executive Webcast Producer, Philippe is a seasoned veteran of broadcasting government meetings.
His unique area of expertise as the Executive Webcast Producer includes all aspects of broadcasting local government meetings. His multiple areas of expertise include control room technology, streaming video, real-time captioning, multi-camera directing and meeting transcripts.
NTT Webcast Producer, Alex Yeung:
Alex has producing responsibilities for NTT client, The Metropolitan Transportation Commission, Bay Area Air Quality Management District, and several other regional government agencies.
As a Webcast Producer, Alex has mastered the multiple job skills required for broadcasting government meetings.
His areas of knowledge as a Webcast Producer include control room technology, streaming video, real-time captioning, multi-camera directing and meeting transcripts. Alex is especially talented in making NTT’s internal agency clients comfortable with the process of broadcasting meetings.
NTT Broadcast Engineer, Hugo Morales:
Hugo has engineering responsibilities for NTT client, The County of Orange, The County of Los Angeles, and other regional NTT government clients. He is educated in television engineering and has over 25 years of broadcasting experience.
As a Broadcast Engineer, Hugo has mastered the multiple skill sets required to be a successful broadcast engineer.
His core strengths as Broadcast Engineer includecontrol room technology, streaming video, real-time captioning, multi-camera directing and meeting transcripts.
NTT Engineer/Director, Tony Zambrano:
Tony has webcast engineering responsibilities for NTT client, The County of Orange and other regional NTT government clients.
As a Webcast Engineer & Director, Tony has mastered the multiple skill sets including webcast streaming and multi-camera television directing.
His combined talents includecontrol room technology, streaming video, real-time captioning, multi-camera directing and meeting transcripts.
NTT Broadcast Director, Chris Leist:
Chris has broadcast directing responsibilities for NTT client, The County of Orange.
As a Broadcast Director, Chris has mastered the simultaneous manipulation of robotic cameras and the directing (switching) from camera to camera during the broadcast.
His special skills as Broadcast Director include control room technology and the art of observing meeting participants to stay ahead of knowing who will be speaking next on-camera.
